In this immersive cooking class, you'll learn how to make authentic dumplings from scratch. Chef Zach will teach you how to turn fresh ingredients into three delicious dumplings. You'll use pork, shrimp and chicken to make three different fillings. Then, you'll learn the techniques to roll out dumpling dough and make three shapes. Master the art of steaming and pan-frying the dumplings to a perfect golden finish. Plus, you'll make two dipping sauces to pair with your dumplings. At the end of the class, you can enjoy your handmade feast.
