Discover the magic of making your own creamy mushroom soup using a coconut milk base flavored with mushrooms, leeks and the supremely umami essence of vegetable stock. Then, cook up a stir-fry selection of peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms seasoned with sesame oil, served with ginger-infused rice.

Super fun class with Chef John!
Chef John provides a stellar culinary experience after 30 years in hospitality. He's worked at several top restaurants in the United States and served as an instructor for 16 years at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has extensive experience in the food and beverage fields, has been featured as a guest for various shows and events and received several awards including the Medal of Excellence, International Award and Gold Star Award.
