Cooking Class: Pad Thai Inspired by White Lotus

Get inspired by the cuisine of the newest season of White Lotus in this immersive cooking class. Chef Kevin will guide you through the recipes and techniques to craft an authentic pad Thai from scratch. You'll mix rice noodles with tofu and bean sprouts and flavor it with cilantro and lime. Fry it together in a wok and add a homemade pad Thai sauce to finish off the dish. You'll learn a bit about the history of pad Thai and, at the end of the class, enjoy Thailand's national meal.
