Cooking Class: Cooking for Better Gut Health

In this lecture-style cooking class, you'll learn how to cook to support your gut health. Chef Kevin will teach you how to balance your gut microbiome with probiotics and prebiotics. First, learn how to make a tender and flavorful salmon using a fresh cut of meat. On the side, create a fresh fennel and cucumber salad topped with a homemade dressing made from yogurt and cider vinegar to drizzle on top. Plus, learn about other probiotic and prebiotic foods that can help regulate your gut health.

Chef Kevin was wonderful and did a great job showing us how to make delicious Paella, but also explaining the reasoning for his steps. He was energetic and uplifting and highly recommended his class!
