Chef Michael packs a lot into a single meal, making it the perfect dining experience to recreate for friends and family later on. First, Chef Michael will teach you the ins and outs of braising as you prepare a beef roast with fingerling potatoes and red wine jus. Next, you will explore the flavor of a traditional Spanish herb known as za’atar to prepare a roasted cauliflower dish with almonds and spiced yogurt. Next, you will prepare an almond cake using seasonal fruits from the farmer’s market.
