Inspired by his own family recipes, Chef Michael has created a dining experience full of flavor. First, you will learn how to perfectly debone and roast pork belly to achieve a savory and moist delicacy that originates from Ariccia. Next, you will prepare roasted broccoli in a light garlic lemon sauce before moving on to make a classic Italian dessert known as torta caprese.
