Chef Brian has a big passion for the culinary world. Such a nice class.
Guided by the concept of servant leadership, Chef Brian brings accessibility, caring and determination to any culinary experience he curates. Food should be fun, which is why Chef Brian has spent years exploring the creative side of craft cuisine and cocktail making. As a master chef and mixologist, Chef Brian is equally skilled in the kitchen or behind the bar, bringing a particular flare to the classes he leads or the guests he serves.
