Cooking Class: Authentic Spicy Miso Ramen

Learn the art of making fresh ramen from scratch in this immersive cooking class. Chef Harold will teach the recipes and techniques for making this delicious soup from scratch, plus you'll learn about waste reduction and how to better use cooking scraps. First, make a broth and infuse flavor by using pork and chicken bones and fat, as well as white miso paste, go chu jang and ginger. You'll also learn how to make a soft-boiled egg and roasted pork. Fill your ramen with noodles, broth, eggs and pork for a comforting dish.
