Cooking Class: Making Fresh Pasta From Scratch
Explore handmade Italian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Chef Sarah will guide you through an eclectic menu, teaching the recipes and techniques along the way. You'll start with a crispy crustini topped with apples and shallots and flavored with anise. Then, make a classic Caesar salad topped with Parmesan and a squeeze of lemon. Make a homemade tagliatelle with either ragu alla bolognese or marinara sauce. Next, make a butternut squash ravioli with a rich sage brown butter cream sauce. End with a decadent dessert ravioli with Nutella and topped with powdered sugar.
