Cooking Class: Make Your Own Sushi

Explore the traditional flavors of Japan in this immersive cooking class. Chef Sarah will guide you through the recipes and techniques of these classic dishes. First, make a savory miso soup filled with tofu, dashi and shiitake mushrooms. Next, make a refreshing edamame salad topped with pickled ginger, avocado and almonds. Then, learn the technique to roll cucumbers, avocado and surimi into sushi rice and nori. Roll up shrimp and avocado in nori to make an inside-out spicy shrimp roll with a drizzle of sriracha. Finish the meal with sweet miso butter cookies for dessert.
