Explore the world of authentic Asian dumplings in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mai will teach you the techniques and recipes to craft these delicious savory treats from scratch. First, you'll make homemade dumpling wrappers using flour, water and cornstarch. Next, make savory dumpling fillings using either ground pork or ground chicken mixed with cabbage and green onions and seasoned with garlic and ginger. Then, you'll learn how to fill and fold your dumplings and fry them until they're perfectly golden brown. Finish the class by enjoying your homemade feast.

The problem is not the chef. The problem is the place where the class was. It is already cold, it is outdoors, we could barely hear, it took forever to eat a bite.
