Cooking Class: Authentic Cacio e Pepe
You'll feel like you're dining in Rome in this immersive cooking class. Chef Amy will teach you how to make this modern favorite Italian dish. First, you'll learn how to make handmade pasta using flour, eggs and water. Then, you'll learn how to knead and shape the dough into pasta and how to cook it to perfection. Next, make a classic Cacio e Pepe sauce with pecorino cheese and cracked black pepper. Coat the pasta in the creamy sauce and then enjoy your decadent meal crafted from scratch.

Chef Amy has gained plenty of knowledge in her eight years in the culinary industry. Working as a chef in top restaurants, she has mastered crafting a variety of cuisines and innovative recipes. Chef Amy loves combining flavors to create something new and noteworthy, which has led her to open a plant-based ice cream business. Her passion for cooking is evident in the kitchen and she's excited to share that with new audiences.
