Cooking Class: Traditional Roman Fare
Craft flavorful dishes authentic to the Roman region of Italy in this engaging cooking class. Expert Chef Luca guides you through the preparation of scrumptious delectable Roman recipes. Start your meal with a simple poached egg on sautéed spinach. Continue with a homemade semola cavatelli all'amatriciana with tomato sauce, spicy pepper and pancetta, followed by a semolina spaghetti alla carbonara made from scratch. Your main course will be a lamb chop with mixed salad. Complete the feast with a sweet mini apple cake.

Chef Luca was high energy and so much fun!!! We laughed all night as he prepared our amazingly delicious meal. He came with chopped, diced and grated ingredients so the course didn’t last 3 hours. However he shared every ingredient with us and the story behind each dish. We were hands on making and rolling the pasta but Lucas prepared all the other dishes, which was totally ok with me. Everything he made was with fresh ingredients and tasted incredible. This is a perfect class to sit back, ask questions and eat ALOT of amazing food, so make sure you are hungry!!!!! Thank you for a great night Chef Luca!!!!

Chef Luca was FABULOUS! Energetic, full of knowledge, great tips, and gave us a night to remember. His food was to die for. Such a great present- cannot think of a better way to spend time with loved ones. Chef Luca brought Italy to our home and we will be sure to have him again for another memorable evening.

After honing his craft in Italy and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he relocated to Atlanta, where he found great success as a personal and private chef.
