Discover traditional European recipes in this interactive gourmet cooking class. Chef Rakhi will guide you through the classic techniques for building a full menu from scratch. Begin with a palate-cleansing roasted beet and carrot salad involving Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts. Craft a classic and hearty chicken pot pie pastry with chicken and béchamel. Learn to prepare a side dish of herb-roasted potatoes. Finish with a Parisian-style vanilla bean crème brûlée out of eggs and sugar.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience! Chef Rakhi's kitchen is beautiful, she is very knowledgeable and kind, and the food was so good!!! 10/10, would definitely recommend to a friend, and hopefully come back again :)

Amazing class! We learned so much and had such a fun time with the other two couples. Chef Rakhi's home was beautiful and very welcoming. The food was delicious as well. We'll definitely be back!
