Cooking Class: Authentic Chicken Curry
Chef Gabrielle leads this in-person cooking class celebrating the warm goodness of classic curry, a dish loved by gourmets around the world. She'll show you how to bring together the tempting mix of seasonings, sauces and vegetables to create a flavorful base that's an essential element in Indian cuisine. You'll also prepare chicken to pack your curry with protein, as well as learn to cook perfectly tender rice that adds texture to complete your curry in a deliciously authentic fashion.
