Discover how simple it is to prepare your own essential selections while learning expert techniques used by the pros. Being by preparing tender tuna tartare flavored with savory aromatics before crafting beef tournedos served with an oyster and mushroom fricassee. You'll also whip up au gratin potatoes and asparagus as a pair of sumptuous sides and bake sweet apples filled with frangipane.

With sushi-grade tuna, fresh ginger, cilantro, scallion, lemon, soy sauce, mango, avocado and corn tortilla chips


Tournedos of Beef Filet With Oyster Mushroom Fricassée

With beef fillet, oyster mushroom, shallots, red wine and beef demi-glace or beef broth


Potatoes au Gratin (Dauphinois) and Green Asparagus

With potato, heavy cream, milk, garlic, nutmeg and asparagus


Pommes au Four (Baked Apples Stuffed With Frangipane)

With apple, almond, butter and eggs
