Japanese cuisine is known and loved for its complexities in taste and preparation, making this interactive cooking class a valuable educational tool to anyone hoping to master it. Chef William will guide you step by step through the making of four popular Japanese dishes. You will begin by assembling a mountain of garden-fresh produce to make a Tokyo salad. Next, you will master cooking what is commonly referred to as the “Chicken of the Sea,” seared albacore, before moving on to make a Ninja roll. Finally, you will combine banana, cinnamon and sugar to make a sweet treat of tempura banana.

Tokyo Salad
With mix green, cucumbers, albacore, Japanese rice cracker, avocado and ponzu sauce
Chicken of the Sea
With lightly seared albacore, spicy ponzu, green onion and orange
Ninja Roll
With crab mix, avocado, seared albacore, teriyaki sauce, green onion and tobiko
Tempura Banana
With flour, banana, cinnamon and sugar
