In this interactive cooking class with Chef Brandon, you will learn how to make three Mediterranean dishes that are sure to please a hungry crowd. Mediterranean food emphasizes the importance of using farm-fresh ingredients as a foundational component of building an elevated menu. First, you will make a zesty marinade of lemon, garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs to produce a flavorful grilled chicken. Next, you will explore the wonders of the sea by using that same combination to prepare a baked cod.
