Cooking Class: Pasta from Kitchen to Table

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Brandon, you will learn how to make two pasta variations and two exquisite sauces. From dough to roll to form and boil, you can consider yourself a pasta whiz after taking this informative class. First, you will make a handmade fettuccini in a luxurious cream sauce. Next, you will use farm-fresh ingredients to stuff ravioli shells before moving on to perfecting the mother of all sauces: Marinara.

Handmade Fettuccine Alfredo

With eggs, Parmesan, unsalted butter, garlic and black pepper


Ravioli Stuffed With Spinach and Ricotta 

With spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, nutmeg and egg


Classic Marinara Sauce 

With crushed tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, onion, basil and oregano
