Move forward to form flavorful Mexican Jerk chicken tacos with garlic, Greek yogurt, pineapple and purple cabbage. Elevate your kitchen skills like marinating meat, knife skills and the methods for caramelization. Develop a delectable palate cleanser black bean and corn salad. Complete the event with a coconut sugar caramelized plantains with coconut whipped cream.

Chef Legina & her assistant were so engaging and made making our crepes a lot of fun! Both the savory & sweet crepes were delicious!

My husband and I had a great experience with Chef Legian and her Sous Chef. We took the crepe class and it did not disappoint. We learned a lot and enjoyed some great food. Best of all, I am super excited to now make crepes at home. We will definitely be taking another class soon.
