Dive into this immersive cooking class where you'll learn to combine Creole food-style seasoning methods with Tuscan flavor techniques. Learn how to sear and blacken meat and fish and make pasta from scratch as you make blackened shrimp scampi and seared rib-eye steak with fresh rosemary and roasted garlic. You'll discover how to create a soft and fluffy polenta with gorgonzola, mushrooms and spinach. For dessert, craft fried sweet plantains with rum sauce.
