Cooking Class: French With a Vegan Twist
Try your hand at transforming French classics into vegan delights during this interactive cooking class. Learn traditional techniques for crafting French fare while you're making French onion soup with onion, white wine and vegan cheese. Chef Maggie will guide you through preparing ratatouille with fresh produce like tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant, along with a side dish of garlic and chive-roasted potatoes. Finish strong with a sweet dessert of crepes, with your choice of chocolate, banana or strawberry flavors.

This class was fun! We each made some delicious pasta and we all worked on the items needed to put over the pasta. Mmmmmm! I now want to get items in my kitchen to make pasta at home. The location was a cute coffee shop but not meant for all the people using items that needed to be plugged in. The power went out to some plugs including the pot of boiling water for the pasta.

Chef Maggie came to our home and taught us some wonderful recipes as well as kitchen skills. She was knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I, and we had SUCH a great time! And, of course, the food was delicious!! We can’t wait to make the food again, and take another class from her!
