Cooking Class: Tuscan Rustic Flavors

Join a dynamic Tuscan date night cooking class during which Chef Maggie will help you explore the sublime flavors of Southern Mediterranean cuisine. Begin with a fresh appetizer salad with cranberries and then a main with gnocchi from scratch, served on the side with the creamiest mushroom sauce with shallots and spices. Then, you will try delicate cannoli with crunchy pistachios, coconut milk and powdered sugar.

Homemade Gnocchi

With all-purpose flour and russet potatoes
