Join a Southern cooking class to discover the magic of the Big Easy flavors. Chef Diervion will uncover all the secrets of comfort food. Start with fresh salmon croquette appetizers with an arugula salad on the side. Then, prepare chicken and sausage Jambalaya with Cajun seasonings. Make some aromatic rice with herbs cooked with white wine and chicken stock. End the class with a decadent rum and cream bread pudding.

Chef Diervion has a love for teaching culinary. He is very descriptive when he is walking you through a process. I learned from him how to make a homemade hollandaise which is a sauce I have always been wanting to learn. His friendly personality makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

From teaching at his alma mater, Louisiana Culinary Institute, to mentoring high school students, Chef Diervion is a natural educator.
