Chef Nyjal will teach you the recipes and techniques for making New Orleans classics in this cooking class. First, learn how to make savory hush puppies from scratch and crispy fried okra topped with Cajun seasoning. Next, whip up creamy shrimp and grits with rich Gruyere cheese mixed in. Next, learn how to make the perfect crave-able crab cakes with fresh crab meat. No New Orleans cooking class would be complete without learning how to make classic beignets for dessert.
