Cooking Class: Mastering Classic Desserts

Become a baking master in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Karen will teach you the recipes and techniques for creating these classic desserts from around the world. Start with a savory appetizer of angel eggs topped with a mixture of mayo, mustard and scallions. Then, dive into French baking with a tarte tatin using fresh apples. Then, journey to Italy to make a classic cannoli. Make a golden shell to fill with mascarpone and chocolate. Then, make a classic tiramisu using lady fingers layered with espresso and a sweet ricotta mixture.

We had a wonderful time in Chef Karen’s pizza making class. The instructions were clear, informative, and we all learned some great cooking tips. The pizza’s turned out delicious! I would highly recommend taking a class with Chef Karen for a fun and yummy experience.
