You'll feel like you're dining in Italy in this engaging cooking class. Led by Chef Karen, you'll learn the recipes and techniques for making Italian dishes from scratch. First, learn how to make crispy arancini with Arborio rice topped with Parmesan and served with roasted tomato chutney. Next, master the art of making handmade pasta by making and cutting the dough and stuffing ravioli. Then, whip up a creamy Alfredo sauce to pair with it. Roast a variety of vegetables for a refreshing side. Finish with a decadent tiramisu for dessert.

We had a wonderful time in Chef Karen’s pizza making class. The instructions were clear, informative, and we all learned some great cooking tips. The pizza’s turned out delicious! I would highly recommend taking a class with Chef Karen for a fun and yummy experience.
