Chef Elmie spent years working at a renowned contemporary South African restaurant before relocating to the U.S. She furthered her skills at various remarkable high-class restaurants in the Charlotte area. She then obtained a degree in Nutritional Food Science. While her culinary exploits range a plethora of cuisines, she specializes in South African, American, Italian, Asian, Indian and plant-based cuisines.
