Chef Seyhan emphasizes the importance of building flavor using farm-fresh ingredients to make a simple yet delectable pizza menu. Begin by grilling green peppers, zucchini and asparagus to assemble a crispy chopped salad. Next, prepare a classic vegetable pizza from dough to topping and finally, whip together fresh crème, egg and vanilla to make a traditional crème brûlée.
