Assemble a perfectly crisp salad, a tomato sauce that's to die for and a luxurious, but simple dessert in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Seyhan. With years of experience behind their apron, Chef Seyhan will guide you step by step as you assemble a trifecta of Italian staples. First, you will use farm fresh produce to make a beetroot carpaccio salad with goat cheese, kale and walnuts. Next, you will prepare gnocchi from scratch before preparing a homemade tomato sauce with basil. Finally, decorate a velvety panna cotta with fresh seasonal fruits.
