From crostini to cannoli, this interactive cooking class led by Chef Valentina, incorporates the time honored techniques of Italian cuisine to build an unforgettable menu full of flare and flavor. You can take what you learn in class to create an unforgettable menu at home. First you will assemble a fresh Italian salad with parmigiano to serve alongside mushroom crostinis topped with fontina and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Next, you will prepare homemade fettucini to serve in a herbal pesto sauce. Finally, you will whip together mascarpone and ricotta to make cannolis.
