In this interactive cooking class, Chef Sandy will guide you step by step through the creation of a show-stopping menu. Using seasonal ingredients you will prepare a three-course menu that highlights a few Italian staples. Begin by assembling a light and crisp salad drizzled with a homemade vinaigrette. Next, prepare fettuccine noodles from scratch to smother in a rich bolognese. Finally, hang up your apron and enjoy locally made biscotti cookies by Napa Belle Baking.
