Chef Sandy awaits to share the joys of Spanish cooking in this hands-on cooking class. Spanish cuisine is known for its tapas culture, showcasing a variety of flavors and ingredients in one sitting. Sharing a tapas tasting is a tasteful time for all involved, so learn how to prepare a memorable menu to share with friends and family. First, prepare a traditional Spanish cold soup originating from the regions of Malaga and Granada. Next, incorporate the bold flavors of shrimp and garlic to make gambas al ajillo, which translates to “garlic shrimp,” before preparing tortillas from scratch. Finish the meal with delicious cookies.
