Sharing is at the heart of Korean cuisine and in this hands-on cooking class, Chef Polly will explore the communal dimension of Korean dining by sharing in the creation of a show-stopping menu. Chef Poly emphasizes some of Korea’s most famous dishes, guiding you through their creation while delving into their cultural significance. Familiarize yourself with traditional seasonings and ingredients from fish sauce to sesame and fernbraken to daikon. From pickled napa cabbage to sweet cakes with cinnamon sugar, learn how to craft a diverse set of Korean dishes.

Pickled Napa Cabbage (Kimchi)
