Cooking Class: A Modern Spin on Korean Fare

Korean street food is all about understanding how to delicately balance bold flavors and in this interactive cooking class, Chef Poly will show you how. Begin by making kimchi mung bean pancakes, bindeduk, with a rich soy dipping sauce. Next, learn how to make noodles from scratch to assemble jimpong, a classed steamed buns dish before you delve into the world of Korean spices to make tteobokki. Finally, craft dalgona, a popular toffee dessert made even more popular by the show Squid Games.
