Step into the basic techniques of building Korean fare in this interactive cooking class. World-class and inspirationally fun Chef Theresa will guide you step-by-step through the process of turning fresh ingredients into flavorful dishes. Start your journey with pajeon, a savory Korean pancake made with bean paste, flour, green onion, sugar, vegetable oil and water. Continue through this lush temperate climate to craft beef bulgogi with mushrooms and japchae Korean glass vermicelli noodles with sautéed vegetables. Finish with a chilled cinnamon ginger punch called sujeonggwa.

With beef, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar
Japchae (Glass Noodles)
With Korean glass vermicelli noodles, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sautéed vegetables and sesame oil
Sujeonggwa (Chilled Cinnamon Ginger Punch)
With ginger, cinnamon sticks, sugar, water and pine nuts
