I had the best experience learning to cook with Chef Miguel! Not only did I learn valuable tips/techniques for prepping and cooking/baking food, Chef also has the knowledge and skill to make healthy, delicious food. Just thinking of the food makes my mouth water. Plus, his joy for life, caring heart for people, and passion for good food is evident in every class I've taken. I've learned to enjoy cooking more as a result of this very hands-on and fun class! Thanks, Chef Miguel!
