Learn how to hand-roll sushi and make a poke bowl from scratch in this immersive cooking class. Chef Christine will teach you the essential techniques to create these delicious dishes. First, learn how to perfectly sear tuna and make sushi rice for a crispy bite. Top these with sriracha, scallions and wasabi peas for a spicy finish. Then, make a refreshing poke bowl with salmon and seaweed layered over sushi rice. Plus, add in cucumber and pickled ginger for extra flavor.

Christine was very personable and great discussions. Constructively, she should have had recipes or ingredients for each sauce/marinade as we are unable to reproduce what was made.
