Cooking Class: Elevate Homemade Tacos
Time to turn up your taco Tuesday with the recipes learned in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Christine will take you on a fun culinary journey to make authentic and elevated tacos and tostadas. You'll begin the class by making a sweet and spicy chipotle honey shrimp. Then, make a zesty pineapple salsa with lime and cilantro to pile on top. Next, learn how to make perfectly crispy Brussels sprouts for fresh tostadas topped with avocado salsa and queso fresco. Plus, make a vibrant cilantro garlic aioli to drizzle on top.

Christine was very personable and great discussions. Constructively, she should have had recipes or ingredients for each sauce/marinade as we are unable to reproduce what was made.
