Chef Lenka will teach you how to make bread rich with heritage, starting by teaching you how to make sweet enriched pastry dough from scratch using fresh ingredients. Then, learn how to make kolaches with sweet cheese and feta fillings paired with jams and preserves. Then, make a classic babka filling with chocolate and cinnamon butter for a sweet dessert bread.
