Take an excursion to some of the finest flavors from the region and learn to recreate them for a home audience. You'll begin by crafting shrimp cakes, deep fried in bread crumb batter and a batch of juicy chicken in creamy coconut soup with heat from red-green chilis. Bring a sweet final course with creamy vanilla-flavored Pandan coconut custard.

Deep Fried Shrimp Cakes (Tod Mun Kung)

With minced shrimp, minced pork fat, coriander roots, egg, all-purpose flour and bread crumbs


Chicken in Coconut Soup (Tom Kha Kai)

With chicken thigh, straw mushrooms, coconut milk, young galangal, lemongrass, Thai lime leaves and red-green chilies


Jasmine Rice

Thai Pandan Coconut Custard Dip (Khanom Pang Sangkaya)

With steamed white loaf bread, concentrated pandan juice, egg, coconut milk, vanilla drop and evaporated milk


Thai Ice Tea

With Thai tea and milk
