Chef Simone will guide you through this session with her years of experience in Italian and French cuisine. Chef Simone will teach you authentic Italian-French cooking techniques and dishes, such as rosemary focaccia, manioca mousseline, risotto, magret de canard and crème brûlée. We LOVED our experience with Chef Simone! She was very knowledgeable relaxed snd seemed to enjoy the evening as much as we did. The food was excellent and she taught us such helpful cooking tips. Chef Simone was interesting and so great! Highly recommend!
