Create your own crab cakes topped with freshly made salsa, prepare tender filet served with classic au gratin potatoes poach a colorful array of carrots for a sumptuous side. And don't forget dessert, a striking confectionary dome, featuring layers of sponge cake, chocolate and peanut butter mousse.
