Explore Asia through authentic cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Chef Taciana will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft four Asian dishes. Learn the time-honored way to make bao buns from scratch with a homemade hoisin sesame sauce. Next, learn how to fry the perfect shrimp fried rice with eggs and bean spouts. Make pickled vegetables for a tangy side to your flavorful dishes. Finish the meal with a sweet mango puddle dessert made with coconut milk and topped with raspberries.

We enjoyed the pasta making class, Chef was helpful and knowledgeable, one of the attendees had food restrictions, I felt Chef made her feel comfortable and still able to participate.
