Elevate your weekly taco night with Korean flavors in this engaging cooking class. Chef Asher will teach you how to infuse Korean flavor into homemade tacos. First, you'll learn how to make corn tortillas from scratch using masa harina, salt and water. Then, master the recipe for making beef bulgogi with a sweet and spicy sauce made from chili paste and Asian pears. Assemble your taco and then pile high your favorite toppings, such as kimchee and Korean pickels for extra flavor.

Chef Asher provided great insight and history to the dish that we made. He was extremely knowledgeable and precisely executed each step of the process in creating the dish. We learned how to make tortillas and create a simple, yet exquisite dish.

Spent 2 hours through grueling LA traffic to end up making tortillas. Not the best experience especially for the price paid.

His expertise encompasses stellar work in cooking, sous chef, butchering, retail management and serving wholeheartedly as an artisan cheese connoisseur. Chef Asher strives to highlight his passion for the hospitality industry in his exceptional work. He graduated with honors from The Art Institute of California, running the school kitchen as Chef de Cuisine and enjoys sharing his expertise with others.
