Cooking Class: The Art of Homemade Pasta
After making the fresh pasta in this engaging cooking class, you'll never want to go back to the boxed kind. Chef Jesse will teach you how to make pasta from scratch using time-honored techniques from Italy. Combine semolina flour, eggs and water to create a pasta dough. Then, learn how to roll and cut the dough into pappardelle pasta. Next, you'll make a delicious roasted garlic tomato sauce with crushed tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and Italian seasonings. Mix your pasta and sauce and enjoy your handmade feast.

An enjoyable night! We had a lot of fun learning about pasta making, and are excited about the leftovers we had to take home. Chef Jesse was very knowledgeable about many cooking topics and was accommodating with an allergy to one of the major ingredients from tonight’s meal (garlic). Definitely recommend!
