Cooking Class: Mastering Choux Pastry
Learn how versatile pâte à choux can be in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Mo will teach you how to make choux pastry from scratch, plus sweet and savory ingredients to pair with it.
First, use creamy gruyere cheese and nutmeg to make a crispy, classic gougère. Then make a chicken salad éclairs with chopped grapes, celery and walnuts paired. Fill choux pastry puffs with spinach and parmesan mousse. Finish with desserts by making classic éclairs filled with sweet cream and topped with chocolate and cream puffs filled with homemade whipped cream.

Amazing chef and teacher. Chef Mo was very sweet and patient. Especially because my husband didn’t have very good knife skills but she helped us along the way. I definitely recommend a class with her.
