Cooking Class: Thai Red Curry 101

Red Thai curry is different from other types of curry as it is spicier than yellow curry and less spicy than green curry, but you will learn all of this and more with the help of Chef Krong in this hands-on cooking class. The main ingredient in this dish is the red chili which is used to make Thai curry paste and when mixed with bamboo shoots, tofu, coconut milk, fish sauce and Thai basil leaves, the result is a textural and flavorful heaven that is out of this world.

Chef Kringle was soo nice and gave clear instructions on what to do and how do do it. She also informed us as to where to get the ingredients and how to store them. We had a great time.
