Cooking Class: Everyone's Favorite Italian Gnocchi
In this interactive cooking class, you will learn how to make
gnocchi which is known and loved for its pillowy texture and versatility.
Referred to fondly as the Italian dumpling, gnocchi can be found in restaurants
and households around the world, so why not bring it to your own kitchen? Chef
Cici will first teach you how to form gnocchi using cauliflower instead of potato
for a healthier version of this dish. You will then learn how to craft a green
sauce made with pistachios, fresh herbs and green peas.

Very intimate and lovely experience. The setup was no frills and well thought out. The recipe of ricotta gnocchi w/green pea pesto turned out to be fun and delicious while not taking very long to prepare. Would do another class with Cici for sure.
