Cooking Class: Plant Based Gnocchi

Harness the power of plants in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Rochelle will teach you how to make gnocchi from scratch using potatoes and flour. You'll knead the dough and shape the pasta and cook until fluffy. Plus, make a basil pesto sauce from scratch with pine nuts and olive oil. Toss the gnocchi into the pesto sauce for a flavorful and hearty dish, plus enjoy some rustic garlic bread.
